Far below bare minimum.....the minimum is "in compliance". They bypass quality inspections, could care less about their job. Getting them to come out and "fix" whats wrong has made the appearance more unsightly than the original mistake. You tell them and show them the defects, they WILL tell you they will NOT replace the item nor even pay for it....but...they will "patch" your shower because it arrived cracked in multiple locations. Bypassing quality checks? None of my kitchen was wired up....not only did Champion miss it, so did the inspector for Caswell....a lot of clear "Shake hands" kind of network. Had a wall crack in bathroom, they patched it, it looks more unsightly, crack is now a protruding glob with additional cracks, along with grey paint over the white painted wall. Grout arou

Most of the pictures speak for themselves, moved into modular July 2023, plumbers glue was in main living area and Champion was aware then and yet they finally agreed to send someone to replace linoleum April 2024 but said everything would have to be removed, furniture, cabinets etc. realizing their workmanship we were afraid they would do more damage so we opted to try and cover the glue with stain. You can see where nails missed some floor joists as well as some hangers not attached and joists not tight on foundation. A subcontractor did correct loose floor joists. Just overall disappointed with their quality & willingness to correct mistakes promptly.

For what it’s worth to anyone considering a Champion Built Modular Home I will share this with you: My advice is BUILD A STICK HOME! Do not fall for the line that these Modulars are built stronger than stick built. They aren’t. Our first bad experience was a 1/4” crack above 90% of all the crown moulding. Then I learned that the interior wall studs are on 24” centers! But this last thing that we learned today should stand by as a warning to prospective home buyers! A couple weeks ago or so we had a bad storm. We had like 50 mph wind gust. . Our house is the Archdale model. . Shingles blew off the house during this recent storm! Some as far as 70-80 feet or more. Ann the roof shingles were lifted up and consequently we are having to have a new roof put on. Now get this! The

Took a tour of the facility as part of an elective Continuing Ed class with BrightPath Education. Staff was more than helpful and my group's tour guide was the BEST. He's a supervisor at the plant and had answers to all of our questions. It was both informative and interesting. And a special "Thanks guys!" to all the employees that let us interrupt your "work flow". Your smiles and waves were appreciated! 👍🏼

My husband and I closed on our modular home that was built by Champion Home Builders in Lillington, NC in August 2016. I would never suggest a Champion Home or purchase a Champion Home again. We have had nothing but issues since day one. I was told by the dealer to make a list up to 30 days and Champion would be contacted via them. I would email the dealer daily on issues that my husband or I would find since we moved in. The dealer has been trying to get Champion to contact me, but as of December 7, 2016-nothing. I have sent pictures of everything to the dealer to send to Champion. There is damage outside of the home as well as the inside. Here is a list of some of the issues: 1. Damaged outside frame work (flashing and molding) in the shingles and roof area. 2. Inside the house was pain
