I highly recommend Ann Milton Realty, the experience I had with Kristian was amazing. She walked me and boys through three homes that we didn't like. She listened to my needs and wants and found me a 3 bedroom 3 bath. I was in Chicago at that time. I trusted her so much so that I put the deposit down and first month rent without physically viewing the place.When me and my boys returned me packed up and moved. Once inside we instantly feel in love and it has been home every since. We are grateful for her. I was a resident of Ann Milton for a couple of years. I moved to the 3 bedroom 3 bedroom apartment because I was going through a separation and I could afford the rent. The staff was very friendly when I moved in and the process was super easy. I had been living in houses prior so the thought of roach infestation never crossed my mind. When I got there they were on top of everything, when I called they came, but after my 2nd or 3rd year they stop coming the roaches were bad when I got there but they would come spray when I called, then it got to the point of when I would call for someone to come spray they would schedule but no one would come and I would be home all day waiting on someone. Let me start out by saying working with Ashley Strickland was absolutely the best experience I have ever had especially as a first time home buyer!!!!! she made the process for us super easy and everything was straight forward with so much support from her! she was super sweet and extremely communicative and was very quick in response to answer any questions we had during the whole home buying process! if I can go back in time to buy my house and work with Ashley again I would do it in a heartbeat I will always recommend her to all my friends and family! My realtor Chis Puckett was absolutely amazing, even made sure I didn’t buy a house that was gonna be more of a headache then it was worth.
