WIN Home Inspection

Very pleased to have engaged WIN Home Inspection to do a private frame inspection of our townhome new build. Brandon Fessey was courteous and very professional, meticulously looking through framing on all 3 floors and the roof. All findings were highlighted clearly with photos for the builder to rectify. The inspection report was delivered within 24 hours as promised.

First and foremost, Brandon was a joy to work with, he answered all my questions, he worked with my changing times, and then to top it off he did such a through inspection! We got a 57 page report with pictures, about things that needed fixing, needed attention, and were good in our new house. We sent it to our home center so they can do the repairs. Thank you Brandon! For not only fitting us in, but for taking the time to make sure our house is good for our family
