Adams Homes | Falls of the Cape

Adams homes seem to be the builder with the highest minimum standards. They cost a little more but the don't skimp on quality. They have better standard hardware, appliances and trim levels. We haven't found a single fault in there builds. We just haven't found a location to build a home with them. Maybe things will fall into place.

Very kind staff. We went to an open house of theirs in Lillington and they were so educated and calm, not pushy, which we liked! They offer beautiful homes at a good price.

Been doing handyman work in this area. Very nice inside of the two that I've seen. One hundred yards from the Cape Fear River.

Both realtors are excellent and very friendly. No sales pressure here! Beautiful well built quality homes for a fantastic value. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood, friendly staff, nice Floorplan options....could use a little better construction management, closing has been pushed back twice because construction was behind.
