Cethron Property Management

I'm here to update my previous review. I'd like to say that this property management honestly deserves 5 stars - My wife and I having been here for around 8 years is enough to reflect the why. At times like now, it's fair to say Americans can be quite frustrated about a lot of things. This property may not have the latest and greatest of things, but it has been well-kept for how old the bones of this building is. There are a few gripes, but it's nothing that cannot be resolved by simply communicating ..a problem I think many of us can improve on. What comes to mind about a great property management is the communication, and Cethron provides an online portal where tenants can access lease agreements, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and more. it’s a lovely and cozy place just has some inconveniences pros: - very pretty and tidy complex (except the falling odd fruits) - really quick and effective with maintenance (no charge as long as we didn’t actively break something ex. broke from long use) - feels very safe since there are gates (with only code/key access) to enter the premises - water and trash are included so we don’t need to worry about paying extra for that - cozy and nice interior. genuinely love living here - management is kind and understanding cons: - it was hard to reach them when we moved into the apartment. they told us a few hours (2-3 hours) before our move-in to give us the code to open the lock box for the keys. it made us worried that we’d get to the apartment with a loaded truck and nowhere to put our belo

Update 11/3: I was able to get another agent from Cethron, Claudia, on my case. She seemed understanding and resolved the issues quickly. I hope to have a better experience with Cethron from here on. I am changing my review score from 1 to 3 stars. Original Post: Just so you know what you're dealing with, here is an email that I just sent to every Cethron email I could find: Hello, I am reaching out because I have not been able to get a hold of someone from Cethron Property management in a timely manner. When I tried to notify Yvonne of a scheduled appointment with a Cox tech-- after she had texted me 9/4 to let her know when it was set so she could give him access-- she did not respond to my text for four days at which point I had rescheduled twice and had to call the maintenance man, J

We have been sitting tenants for 12+years at a wonderful property managed by Cethron in Hillcrest in San Diego. We have found them to be very responsive and quick to address any issues. The property is well maintained and kept up to date. We love living here!

Wish I could give half a star. The apartment complex in Fort Worth is absolutely the worse place to live. Before we moved in they said it was a newly refurbished apartment. My mails were lost, packages stolen, vehicle vandalized, bad wiring in the apartment which they promised to fixed before we moved in but was never fixed so that appliances didn’t work sometimes. Fixtures improperly placed and falling off the wall and breaking. Doors unable to be locked. And the worst of it is We moved at the end of May,, was out of the country until the beginning of July. In my haste to leave forgot to provide a forwarding address, visited the office in August when I saw that I didn’t get my deposit returned and found this was the problem.
