From the moment we walked into the model home, Century Communities exceeded every expectation we had. The entire experience was smooth, positive, and genuinely enjoyable — which is not always the case in new construction. Every person we encountered was warm, professional, and truly committed to making the process pleasant. Ms. Valerie, the Sales Manager, set the tone with her knowledge, transparency, and friendly demeanor. The builder and construction manager were great. The design center agent sensed that we were passing some "expensive" design center options and chose to skip a lot of options and didn't even go through all the options with us. We later found out from my neighbor's house that they selected some options at Design center that we didn't even know about. FYI - We've the same floor plan and closed our houses within a difference of couple of days. FYI - The house itself is great and the construction managers (Dan and Billy) are just too awesome to be not mentioned. Good stuff, Century!

Century communuties has below average to average building structure. But some locations has good quality. We have lot of issues such as...leak between windows which is affecting temperature in home and increasing our bills, even though sealed its gone again and see air coming in and flies coming in from gaps. Walls peeling off. And the worst part is the lawn..all rocks and rocks underneath the sod..bad lawn, no levelling at all. Water stays stagnant all the time in between grass.. all these started ofcourse after 1 year warranty and you know they dont cover and care !!!!!!

I came here to say my roof started peeling and shingles fell off on a 3 year old brand new house. It's currently raining, it's leaking in my attic, and there is no warranty, despite being told there was a 10 year warranty on the roof by the builder. If you are buying into Century Communities, they have good floor plans but know that all your materials will be CHEAP, and all of those cheap materials will be put in place with cheap, contracted labor workers who may be undocumented. OH and you will find Corona bottle caps for years to come after the build.

11 month walkthrough…. They left my house with 55 patches for nail holes and cracks but no sanding or paint touchups …. Beware when you sign up for purchase
