CENTURY 21 Price Right Property Management

We have been so lucky to rent from Century 21 Price Right Property Management for the last 3 years. John, April, and the rest of their crew have been wonderful in all our interactions with them. If we have any questions, they are extremely helpful and courteous in quick responses. The very few problems we have had, they address them the same day and their team is very thorough and professional. I hope our association with them continues for a very long time.

So far this is one of the most professional and organized companies I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. They are quick to take care of problems and have always dealt fairly with me and my crew whenever we work with them. I’ve also noticed they do their best to help the owner of the rentals get a fair price for the work that needs done and give the tenants notice when contractors are going over to do work which says a lot for the character of people managing the bids. I work for a lot of property managers and by far this is one of the best.

C21 has managed my rental property for a year now. They’ve been incredibly professional and personable in every way. The few issues that came up with the property were reported to me promptly and they had someone there to address it as soon as possible. I don’t live in town so it’s been very reassuring knowing that someone is keeping on top of things for me. Thanks John and team!
