Centre at Peachtree Corners

Living here for almost 11 years, I have not had any problems with my apartment; however, issues do occasionally arise, and they are usually resolved very quickly. Parking is no problem. My only complaint is about the community laundromat. The machines often break down, and they are old and never replaced with newer models. The reason I care so much about the laundromat is that my unit doesn't have a laundry machine, so I rely on it. This place needs a better laundromat for everyone to do their laundry.

All of the one star reviews are not by choice and would be zero of five stars if had the choice. The five star reviews are fake and are offered as incentives for reduced rent amounts.. this place is a joke and they do not care for the well being of their residents. Maintenance will change a light bulb, air filter but not fix major issues like water leaking from ceiling, bathtub floor needing to be repaired, mold growing inside of units, roach infestation, poor ventilation, rust on bathroom shower rod, carpets that have never been washed or replaced, hostile and aggressive situations with neighbors. If that sounds appealing for you then this is your place. Leasing office will give you the tun around in regards to concerns stating upper management will be notified but nothing ever gets done.

This community is fantastic! The neighbors are friendly, the grounds are always well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Everything you need is right nearby from shops and restaurants to entertainment making it super convenient. Living here truly feels comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. I couldn’t recommend it more!

The community is tranquil and welcoming. I appreciate the neighborhood, as it offers a variety of excellent shops and restaurants nearby. The leasing staff are consistently friendly, respectful, and attentive to any maintenance requests I have submitted. Overall, my experience has been very positive; I have lived here for two years and intend to remain. The pricing is fair and reasonable.
