most of the people that live here are nice and cool, but the one and only thing i hate about this place is the Home Owners Association... too many strict rules. they would take photos of my yard and send it to us saying it has too much mold or too much rocks in the yard or fence needs to be put down and has to be a certain color and a certain distance from the house, and now trash cans have to be hidden from the public and have to be put away right after they pick it up. if you want to raise a baby here, Great place! but if you have 3 teenage kids that want to be wild and free, go get yourself a decent acreage spot in another place because the HOA is CRAZY... they do have some activities at the pool and park on occasion year around and they throw party's with free food and popcorn.

Terrible customer service and poor quality. Would not buy from them/Pulte again. Carpet is ripping up after only a year and when I vacuum carpet pieces just come right off. They scratched our cabinets before we even moved in and told us at our final walk through that they would be fixed they tried to rub something on them and now it looks like huge smears everywhere that does not come off and they said at our year walk through that it is not under warranty and there was nothing that they could do. DO NOT upgrade to hardwoods they are very poor quality huge chunks just come right up. I will not even go into the terrible customer service/ employees because it would literally take me all day.This was my first home buying experience and they have completely ruined it for me.
