Every time I come to this property Ana and Claudia have been very informative and in great spirit, highly recommended for any future apartment needs!

I want to thank the current assistant manager Yaricza for doing everything in her position to take care of our work-orders in a timely manner!! Both Ana and Yaricza have been doing an amazing job since they recently joined the front office managing the property. Furthermore, I do want to note that I have seen maintenance and property improvements around the grounds and buildings as well; It just demonstrates the effective leadership skills once the recent management team arrived on-site!!! Thank you Yaricza and Ana - I hope you continue to make a difference here for all the residents!!!

I Have been here almost a year. The place is quiet and any request are taken care of promptly. The manager Maria is very friendly and willing to go out of their way to take care of the tenants. Living here has been a very Pleasant and peaceful experience. I have lived in other Apartment Communities. The only thing lacking here is a workout room. This complex was actually not at the top of my list due to there being no workout facilities, but it is super close to the job and schools are close by. Excellent Management team.

We lived at this complex. We loved it. Had to move out of state because of a job transfer. 2 years later we were up for another transfer back to Garland. We contacted Karina in the office. She was able to get us approved for an apartment. She is a very nice lady. And we look forward to meeting her in the future. I would surely recommend not only Centerville Crossing Apartments but also Karina to anyone looking for an apartment.
