Cedar Hills Apartments

A friend and I were in price working for six months so we found cedar hills and rented there. We had problems right off the bat. We signed a lease and gave a deposit only to be told that the former tenants decided no to move out so we wouldn't be moving into the apartment even though legal documents were signed. After waiting a week an apartment became available and we moved in. The apartment smelled of cat urine and was not clean. The shower didn't drain the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. The kitchen sink pea trap was also plugged and smelled awful. There was also no AC and we were promised a unit witch never came.they also took our deposit and claimed we didn't leave the place clean enough and was charged 132 dollars. Management is great! They respond to messages super quick. Any time we have had something brake they fix it that day. The price is amazing. We have really enjoyed living here.

Nice place to live. Calm and quiet. Only complaint is that swamp coolers upstairs dont work properly
