I’m a first time renter and had a pretty great experience with Danielle, she was on top of getting us in there as quickly as possible, when we went to move in we were told the kitchen floor would be replaced, and we were warned ahead of time because the people would be there, made it simple and easy. Had some minor issues with getting the heat on and Danielle was on top of it, she stayed after work with my girlfriend to get everything worked out. Amazing customer support if you wanna call it that.
