Buying our house through Etzel Realty with Frankie was probably the best decision we made besides the actual house! She was so patient and knowledgeable, she was able to find us exactly what we needed + more while staying well within our budget. Her expertise was definitly the tipping point in getting what we needed. She went above and beyond for us & I know she does that with all her clients. Having Michelle as our realtor made everything so much less stressful selling our home. She definitely went above and beyond in everything she did. Updating us regularly on appointments and status of showings. We can't thank her enough for her kindness and the ease of the sale! So very grateful for having Michelle as our realtor. She went out of her way to help us understand the contracts, get difficult things resolved in regards to title, shoveling snow, turning on and off water, etc... Michelle went out of her way to help us so we could be successful in selling the home. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone wanting to sell / buy property. My only wish would of been, that I would of hired Michelle at the beginning. I honestly believe if I would of done so, our home would of sold as soon as it went on the market.

Moving from Salt Lake to Price was a huge culture shock. Shocked enough to know that all the apartments in town were low income housing. It wasn't fair to me to quickly find a place in a buyers market of an old town with old homes. Frankie helped me stay patient. When I found the house I wanted I rushed into it for the newly remolded interior and price range. Frankie did her part to make sure that I was taken care of. Although I was okay with what I found compared to where I was temporary. Frankie reminded me that the outside is nice but the inside has damages that needs to be fixed. The appraisal connection and inspection services all did well to make sure the house was fully ready for me. Thank you Frankie for finding me a home for a young family of four.
