I just purchased a home in the new subdivision in Price, Utah. I had n y own realtor but Brenda is representing the seller. I have had nothing but problems with the house since I moved in. Before you buy make them pay for an inspection of the entire home. Every door is hung crooked. All touch up paint is a mess. The master bedroom had paint all over the carpet. No clean up was done before i took ownership as the homes have not been occupied since they were built 2 years ago but not cleared for occupancy. So expect them to be pretty dirty when you move in. I toured the home along with several others before making an offer but i guess i should have come back and inspected again before signing the loan. I regret to say that my experience with Brenda was far from satisfactory. Despite our requests, open houses were neglected, and our property wasn't promptly promoted on social media. Additionally, Brenda represented the buyer and attempted to burden us with expenses. Misleading advice on roof replacement and an unrealistic listing price further contributed to our disappointment. It's disheartening when a realtor fails to provide the support and honesty expected in such a crucial transaction.
