Cedar Creek Apartments

Not a current resident but a former. This place was a decent place for me to live at the time. Smells do carry from apartment to apartment - including smoke, foods, etc. Heat isn’t turned on until an arbitrary date in October, regardless if the weather is cold enough to warrant turning on the heat. Then when it IS on, the temperature dial on the baseboard heaters does nothing and they’re consistently on full blast. There were some days that I had my windows open when it was 30° because I couldn’t turn down my heat. Management is sketchy and tried to get out of doing the final walkthrough WITH me. They wanted to do it alone, claiming they were stuck in an appointment with another tenant. When I told them I could wait, they suddenly weren’t in a meeting anymore. After signing our walkthro

Worst apartment experience to date. On site Property manager will enter your apartment without notice... and when you make a review about it he will move his friends above you and try and make your life hell. My truck was keyed and liquids dumped on our 6yr Olds head when on the balcony. Walls are thin and neighbors smoke cigarettes in apartment that leaks into yours via wall outlets. Sherri the other on-site property manager was extremely rude when ever you contacted them about any thing. Very creepy when a 70 year old man creeps into your apartment when the only people on the lease were a young woman and her daughter. Stay far away from this place. Been living here 9 months now and it’s been all good so far. The couple times I had a Maintaince issue it was dealt with quickly. Emailed when I had a concern and always had a prompt response time. Wish I could respond on other ppls reviews. Assuming the person a couple months ago was responding to the apartment wide inspections that they had posted notice both entrances(and emailed me) prior to it. I have cameras too without any issues. I moved out now and got 95% of my deposit back. Was only charged for a lightbulb and a patch on the wall that I admitted to.

I Was looking at moving to the area, but was really disappointed with the property manager, Sherry. She said there were no places that would be available in the time frame I was looking at, so I asked if there was a way for me to be notified if something becomes available, and she didn’t give me that option and kept cutting me off over the phone. At a point when I could have been flexible, my decision was made for me and I ended up looking elsewhere.

I lived at Cedar Creek Apartments for 3 years it was very nice the managers were helpful when I had a problem they took care of it as fast as they could I think its a great place to live.
