We stopped by to look at and consider the different options and floor plans for manufactured homes. Tim, was excellent in answering our questions and providing us all the information we were requesting. If we decide to move forward with purchasing a manufactured we will go back and start with Tim. Highly recommended.

I would never recommend this place. Purchased a home from them and spent over $230,000.00 they do not stand behind ANY warranty. I have everything in writing from the Manager Kevin stating that they were going to correct all issues. When that time came they will not return calls and basically kick rocks. Less than 2 months in our house started falling apart. I now have an attorney involved and will be pursuing all available options. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from them or OakCreek/Cavco.

The team in the office is great and thats the only reason why they are getting any stars. They deserve 5 stars. However, the team that puts the houses together are terrible. None of the doors would close. The front door trim was in the wrong place and had to be moved so it would line up. Nothing was sealed (sinks, baths, toilets). The stove vent didn't work and the water heater thermostat was already fried. We closed on the house in November and we still don't have the skirt or the decks installed on March 17th. We cant even use the back door cause of the drop off. There is a piller in the back of the house that is leaning real bad that they still have not fixed. I have two pile of rocks in the yard, a large one in the front and a small one in the back. The kitchen has outlets labeled as G

I could not be more pleased with Oak Creek Homes of Granbury. Let me start with Christian (what a sales guy) the moment that we walked in his personality and attention to what we were looking for were on point! He immediately made us feel welcome and never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. Jessica is a great sales consultant. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with the baguette model that she showed me. I would definitely recommend Oak Creek Homes as an affordable solution to housing.
