For our first apartment starting out it was great. We signed our lease right before management changed. It was a bit rocky as the new management learned and settled in. But After that every thing was fine. The only problem was parking.. we only had one car with a newborn we would have to park in the back and walk to the front or sometimes no spot at all! We knew to rush home by 6pm! Called tow truck because everyone didn’t have a sticker no one came. I parked in the fire lane and had to stay up all night. It’s basically all bills paid I think I paid no more than $20 extra a month for lights. Oh and sometimes I’m assuming they would cut the hot water off for hours I asked if this is done in the regular to schedule around it.. she said no but it still happened. MERGE OWNED TURN NOW!!!No where to park ever, visitor show up just to never leave, the tow company won't show up dispite telling you they're on their way, there is no parking addendum, you park under covered parking you get "towed" and if you park in the grass cause there're no where to park you get hit with a bright orange sticker warning you bout being towed. Oh and its NOT all bills paid like it says, you pay a small percentage of electricity on top of rent. You are NEVER guaranteed a spot to park in less you pay $60 bucks on top of rent for a sticker that allows you access to covered parking. They also have visitors pass, but what good is that if there is no where for visitor to park, not to mention the ones already there that wont leave til they get a sticker. To put it simple their a

The manager, Myra and maintenance guy are very friendly and try to respond quickly to resident’s needs and requests in a timely manner. I currently lease a 2/2 and feel like it is a large space for a good price.

I’ve been living here going on 13 years and i’ve been having problems with my unit when it rains heavy outside it comes in my apartment and I’ve been letting the manager know for a couple months now and she knows about it And the owner too it’s like they don’t care . And it’s never no parking spot for us
