Ashley was absolutely amazing. She was verry informative. The unit I was shown was very nice. Most helpful experience I've had in my search for a new home for me and my family. Can't wait to get my application in!

Since I applied to live here, the administration has been super efficient, Valentina's treatment of me and my family has been super nice. She is always aware of everything. A super quiet place to live. In terms of maintenance Jason is super friendly, efficient and fast. I am already living here for 6 months and if I contact the administration they always answer me at the moment and resolve my situation.

The manager that run this place is amazing. Valentina is the best person possible to do this job. She is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything gets taken care of. Had a slight issue on one of my first days and she made sure that it was rectified. I've never had a better property manager.

I would not recommend living here. Noisy, disruptive, and at times disturbing behaviour exhibited by some residents. No sense of authority or accountability. Has been better in the past, it really depends on who is managing the property. If you have a hard time contacting the property manager (like I did) the property owner is a company called peak living. They will respond much faster. However, the maintenance crew has always been reliable, so cheers to them!

This is hands down the worst place I have ever lived with the worst management I've ever seen renting anywhere. Thing will either just not get done or thing will get done late. I've had nothing but issues and problems since even before I moved in. I got accused to squatting in a unit before even moving in. I've had the office staff help drill my lock out of my garage for some random lady to where almost all of my belongings in my garage were stolen.
