Carrington Place

This community is conveniently located amongst all major shopping and dining. Apartment is cute and I love my neighbors and office staff. Leslie, the on site office staff, goes above and beyond to ensure service requests are managed. I see her out every morning helping maintenance pick up trash. The office manager, Darla, is always quick to respond when I have questions about my lease. When an issue arises, which is few and in-between, Darla assures to get it fixed in a timely manner. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Whoever is looking into reviews of this apartment and wondering if they should live here or not— I strongly advise against living at this apartment complex!! The worst place I had ever LIVED! And that’s an understatement. The constant management turnover meant there was never any consistency whatsoever, we were always, ALWAYS, dealing with new people and given different phone numbers to call. Getting any form of help or communication was nearly impossible. The apartments themselves are far too small for the outrageous rent prices, and the appliances are ancient. Our stove and microwave were over 30 years old, and when we moved in, we discovered our dishwasher wasn’t only outdated but it was moldy. We were cleaning our dishes with moldy water and moldy appliances, thus getting us sick! To t

Poor management. I had scheduled a tour online and when I arrived they were not even aware of it which was a lil understandable because things happen, but instead of going ahead and giving a quick tour while the person in the office wasn’t busy they rescheduled me for another day. I’m pretty reasonable so this wasn’t a big deal but when I show up for my 2nd tour (that the lady rescheduled me for in person at 3:00pm) the office is closed and has been since 1:00pm. This makes no sense at all and shows that they need better time management and/or personnel management as well. Do they not want people to move in?? I no longer desire to live here if it’s this frustrating to get a basic tour I could only imagine what the service is like living there.

I lived here a few months ago and was very happy with my stay. The location is convenient, with access to public transportation and amenities.The apartment is nice I love the layout which also has ample storage space and well-appointed bathrooms and kitchens. Rent is good and the landlord and property management team have been responsive and helpful. I would strongly recommend!

If I could give Zero Stars. I MOST definitely would 😊! My first time experience as a renter was Horrible ! They lacked maintenance staff and were very slow at attending to my issues. When first moving in my apartment wasn’t in a good condition. Chipped wall paint in the first room and bathroom. Chewed up window from the last owners dog. Mid summer my apartment was INFESTED W ants. They never took care of the issue for me. I went most of the summer without AC. Not knowing it was including in my lease. When they fixed my AC it began to leak and I had a wet carpet for 2 weeks. No Screens for my window. I had mold underneath my cabinets which took months for them to fix. Dishwasher did not work or drain. Oven went out twice. Went 3 weeks without heat in sept-October and they only fixed it qu
