i have lived here for about 5-6 years and the new maintenance supervisor needs to be more aggressive in towing cars in the winter and clearing parking lot to clear snow parking lot better and training how to properly to clear parking lots of snow there are class they can take property managment needs to enforce the resident handbook storage of trash and hazard items on patios like match light or lighter fluid on patios and balconie other then patio items. looking forward for the smoke free community to be implement at the december of 2025 how there going to enforce this, there has being homeless in the nearby woods in the park and and the east of carriage house as the

I love my apartment it's nice clean and a good size. They have checks to make sure everything is working right. Which is nice. They also have these events all year in there club house. I love it here.

Fairly nice size rooms. A nice area with shopping in the area and lots of fast food and restaurants near by
