Carriage Hill Apartments

They let tenants work on cars in parking lots, have 6 plus people in a unit who use other buildings washer/dryer because they have so much laundry which charges water to that tenants building….. elderly feel afraid of these people. Place has gone straight downhill in last 5 years. Especially now owned by Drucker and Faulk. Only one compitant manager there who tries all she can. Its the new hood of Glenside drive

My grandfather stayed here for 6 months. The place is a dump. They dazzle you with the nice front buildings which you think you are going to move into and bone before you know it you're in that seventies show. The insides of this place are so dated.

Carriage Hill now allows large, vicious dogs to live here. One tried to attack my 10 lb. Yorkie today. Also there are more young people living here than 55+. There has been 3 property management companies here in 3 yrs. Each one changes the rules , the fees and lack of activities. The stairs are very dangerous. Two years ago my daughter 's foot was trapped by the lip of a step, she fell and passed 2 days later. Bad place to live. They don't care about the residents.

I moved here year ago with a understanding/contract that the complex was 55 plus..with change in mgmt no longer exclusively senior.. Disappointed that my bldg has more younger traffic with noise and not feeling safe. Rent increases each month. Poor maintenance re order of item taking long time to arrive

Great Community Experience. Apartment's offer's Large Room's, Large Closet's! There Individual Bathroom tiles, tubes & sink's color's are yellow, green, blue and pink. A great decorator can work a Jewel within the color scheme. Gated Community! Nice Clubhouse, Great Leasing Team & Awesome Maintenance Staff.
