Carriage Club Apartments

Avoid! I moved in intending to stay for years and was thrilled with the space and newly remodeled unit. What I discovered instead was roaches, mold, and a drunk downstairs neighbor that would constantly smoke (which leaked directly into my unit), and a general feeling of not being able to breathe and brain fog. They have a lease breaking built into the lease, which means it’s happened enough that they had to just include it. It nearly broke me financially but I had to move out less than a year after moving in (after many tear filled conversations with the leasing office begging for help because of my angry drunk neighbor and feeling so ill from his smoking.) I’ve attached photos of the mold I found on my bedroom and kitchen vents on my move out day.

My wife and I have lived here for just at a year. Absolutely the worst property I have ever seen managed. Constantly putting in work orders and it takes weeks to get a response from anyone. It is as if no one is ever in the office. Do NOT move here. The reviews I see are completely accurate of how this place treats their tenants. This place is filled with roaches and bugs. Pest control never shows up when requested. They allow anyone in the complex and do not care what happens to you. When your car is hit by a drunk resident there response is "call the cops" not our problem.. Like who does that!!!

What a dump!!! My partner and I unfortunately lived in this place for around 3 years. Management has changed hands more in 3 years than I’ve ever experienced. Rent is ridiculously high for what you get. What is is you get?? Well if living in roach infested apartments is up your alley then this is the place for you! Trash is piled everywhere and not taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was never open and if it was it was dirty and way too small for an apartment complex of that size. The gym was the nicest looking amenity. I guess they gotta keep up appearances in the leasing office. However you can only use it during office hours. Parking is a joke! I moved in April 2024, at first maintenance was wonderful. I have no problem with the office staff Angel is a doll and Liz is very helpful when I spoke into Amanda she's been most helpful too. My problem right now is with the maintenance on the washing machine I've had to call them four times and keeps leaking from the drainage hose being too short they came in yesterday and zip tied it to another line before that they used a spraying foam to hold the drain hose in place and that is the problem now water constantly leaks in the floor. I placed a maintenance call online last night and it's been canceled with no reasoning why. I'm also having issues with roaches. Not as happy as I was when I first moved in. Hopefully things will get better

Worst apartment ever. Leasing staff acts like they are helpful until they get you in and then they ignore all issues. Apartment looks nothing like the ones they put online. Roaches are definitely a problem and I see why because hallways and apartments are kept dirty. Save yourself the trouble.
