Carmichael Cove Apartments

I've lived here at the CCA for not quite 2 years. It's a family ,work-minded apt.setting. An open grassy area area and close to the river. Although there has been quite a few changes,the apt.is following suite to all other complexes. You must have renters ins.and water sewage and garbage is no longer incl.In the past this property had problems as many complexes do.Dave W is the on-site mgs.and has done away with those that refuse to fallow rules. We are having some cosmetic done to the bldg.,swapping out carpet for hardwood floors. I encourage you to drive by and make an appt.

I’ve lived here for a year and couldn’t be happier. It’s close to Ancil Hoffman Park and the Effie Yeaw Nature Center, quiet, family-friendly, and always clean. The management is excellent, and the apartments are spacious.
