Caraway West End

Best building ever! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the level of care and attention to detail throughout the building. The amenities are top-notch—I love relaxing in the sauna or working out in the gym after a long day. The gym is never too crowded, which I love. The pool and rooftop patio are also great. The building itself is always spotless and smells amazing—you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. Maintenance is prompt and professional. Thank you to Robert and Rob for being so helpful and quick! Brooke and Robyn are helpful and friendly! Whether I have an issue, or just want to sit and chat, they never make me feel like I am a bother and truly listen to me. I’m so happy I chose Caraway!

I am submitting this review anonymously due to concerns about potential retaliation onsite, but I feel it is important to speak up. I am extremely disappointed in Caraway’s communication. We are located within 15 minutes of Minneapolis, where ICE has been present, yet Caraway has provided no updates or guidance. Other buildings in the area have issued support and clear safety communication, but Caraway has remained silent. Additionally, we recently experienced a fire alarm at 10:00 PM, and again, no communication or follow-up was provided. This lack of transparency and responsiveness is unacceptable and does not make the community feel safe. I appreciate your response, but I want to clarify a few points: 1. I am very frustrated with my experience here and feel I was misled regarding the apartment’s move-out policy. When I signed my lease, the shortest option available was 15 months. Because of that, I specifically asked about the early move-out policy and was told I would need to provide a 60-day notice and pay one month’s rent as a penalty. However, I recently learned that I actually owe five months’ rent instead. This is extremely disappointing and feels deceptive. I would not have agreed to the lease had I been given accurate information upfront.

Great apartment, amenities, and location. Love how close it is to everything (city, restaurant's, and shopping). The onsite staff is responsive and clearly takes pride in keeping everything looking and working like new. Highly recommend!

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves recognition. The staff, units, and amenities are beyond top notch. Robyn, Brooke, and Mollie truly care about the residents and the property. They respond immediately addressing any concerns or questions. From the day I toured the property with Robyn, I immediately felt at home. The building is immaculate. The cleaning and maintainence staff keep it in great shape year round. You never have to worry about the hallways smelling bad or broken amenities. On the rare occasion that there is an issue, the staff addresses it immediately. 99% of the residents here are quiet and courteous. I have never had an issue with noise or nonsense at this apartment.
