Canterbrook Village Apartments

Me and my dad lived there for 4 years from 2019-2023 and Im gonna be honest. Yes we did have lots of memories there, but I still cant believe that we survived out of that apartment complex. My dad almost died getting hit by someone, there's no cameras there or proper security. Lots of people either died or got hurt, there's a bed bug infestation and roaches. And I dont regret going there because I met my future best friends but I won't regret moving.

I absolutely love it here. It's extremely peaceful. The price is more than reasonable. Not to mention Heather is such a blessing. She made my move-in process stress-free .... I immediately felt welcome 🤗 I'm so thankful she gave me a chance Thanks Heather

Needed second chance they gave it to me Lonnie the manager was a very good man!! I had new carpet when I moved in and anytime I needed the maintenance they were very good about seeing me right away. It isn't a place where I would let my kids play though. I take them to outside parks and playgrounds. The one here sucks.

I've lived here off and on since 1999 and raised my son as well. Helped me get on my feet as well as others needing a chance. I've watched a bit of children grow up here. Loved it, felt like home. The neighborhood was different when I was there, but still warm, we all ate together, had functions, got rid of the bad ppl. And yes Mr Lonnie was management, AWESOME PERSON, TREATED EVERYONE WITH RESPECT AND LIKE WE WHERE HIS FAMILY. HE WAS A DAD AWAY FROM MY DAD. NO REGRETS MUCH LOVE, THANK YOU LONNIE FOR EVERYTHING

He probably would be a nice apartment complex except for they have at least one attendant who doesn't follow the rules super nasty girl I'll even State her name her name is Amber Radcliffe she's got like 10 cats in her apartment which I thought wasn't allowed and her and her boyfriend use the dumpsters for their own personal storage unit dump gross she's in apartment 11 or 14 I can't remember super gross what if I wanted to throw trash away there wouldn't be room in the dumpsters super nasty
