Campus View Apartments

Use caution if leasing at this community. I work in real estate in New Jersey and I’ve never experienced such poor business practices from a rental building or its parent company. Also, if you look at my review history, you will see I do not normally leave negative reviews, but I want to caution other parents who are considering this building as an option for their child.

This place is a dump!! I was charged $299 for a worn out couch from normal use after 2 years of college students living in apartment. Call everyone in the office escalated to even there corporate office management team to just get the run around! Stay away from this property LandMark is a scam!! They are rated -1 star:)

I’m rating this place 5-Stars based on its management; obviously roommate quality is a tossup anywhere, especially when catering to college students. But my experience with the leasing office and maintenance has been immaculate. All issues were handled quickly and efficiently, and I never felt neglected. Understand that with the seemingly high price, you are paying for the location; being able to walk home from the bars and other places is valuable. I just crossed over a year here, and I’m still grateful for such a wonderful place to live.

This apartment is gross and not kept well. They up-charge so much and not worth the price. Parking here is a pain and they only do it yearly. Very unfortunate if you plan on only being here for one semester.

Casey was very helpful and kind when I needed assistance bringing something up to my apartment!
