I’ve lived here for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my residence. The resources available are amazing, the maintenance is reliable and friendly. The involvement of the front office offers ease of access and comfortability in such a crazy transitional time. They also host plenty of events and free food opportunities. They also offer roommate matching! Truly a great place to live if you are a student. :) 🫶💕

Campus Edge Apartments have been the most accommodating since I have moved in. They inform you quickly when you initially apply for the apartment and they always call you back in a timely manner when you have any questions, comments, or concerns. They have multiple ways of reaching you with new information such as event days, packages received at the office and when rent is due. You have multiple options when it comes to paying rent such as money order, online, or with a credit card. They have a convenient website which lists line items for each charge on your bill. Leah is an excellent property manager and Colin is the best front desk attendant yet! They are quick and efficient when it comes to work orders and they always keep in touch with updates in the event they have to order new part

I have nothing but great words to say. Maintenance is very tentative and responds in a quickly manner. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I was locked out of my apartment while in a rush to go somewhere and they quickly ran through the rain to help me. They are very sweet when they have to deal with all my packages I order.😂 I love the apartment complex, it’s very quiet and I haven’t had any issues. The staff does a good job keeping the complex clean and friendly. Love it and I always recommend Encore at campus edge to everyone moving to Huntsville.

This apartment went completely down hill from new management they kept charging late fees even though everything gets paid would call them multiple times to fix it and they never did until I went down to office and litterly had to watch them take the late fees off also no one is in the office over half the time .... I moved out and they charged me over $200 just for electricity between May and July even though I was paying electricity every month and while I was still living there they told me they charged me extra so I wouldn't have to pay for electricity after move out. I recommend you live somewhere else. this is litterly my first ever review but I just wanted to let everyone know how my experience was.

If I could give negative stars I could. If there's one word that I can use to describe this place, it would be "betrayal." Whenever I first moved in back in 2022, It was great! Great management, maintenance, and events, but not too long after the latter half of 2023, there was a clear shift of management. Events slowly stopped happening, employees were more sparse and clearly not trained enough, and the place was becoming filthy. From end to end, the building hallways were being caked in spiderwebs and dead insects, and it kept building up for a whole year. Exorbitant late fees and move-out fees, so much that me and my friends considered SUEING. Everything can just be described as a fall from grace, partly due to the university buying out the property.
