They are not good they don’t help people for applying the applications specially the employees (Ariana) is laying to people she’s was told me you can apply with co applicants but even she doesn’t have idea how to apply tow time I paid for application fee than I denied because she doesn’t help me she giving wrong instructions

This property employees are too rude and talking like bully also waste your money for application fee $60 each person which is too high amount even if you have good credit score and enough income, after they got your money they call you a day after and telling you , sorry you're application got denied .

Be ready for the bait and switch. The apartment shown was very nice but the actual one they tried to give me was in rough shape and missing amenities. They also don't warn you that water and trash are NOT included in the monthly rent. Way overpriced for what you get. I saw several comparable apartments in the same worn-out shape for hundreds less.

We lived at this complex for two years and overall it was not the best experience (although it's not horrible). Most people seem to be leaving and they have a leasing specials all the time (with few takers at this point). The location is fine, but the management is kinda non-responsive and standoffish. One problem with the apartment was that it got no sunlight during day, not even for few minutes; even tho ours was a second-floor apartment. So this caused dampness and always cold in the apartment, which was a problem for our son. The apartments are also not very kid-friendly, and despite being close to a college campus and high school, there was no family-friendly vibe. This apartment was a big disappointing mistake. From day one, maintenance issues cropped up like crazy, and the management's response time was very slow. The supposed "amenities" were either out of order or in such a state of disrepair that they were practically unusable. The overall vibe in the complex was more like a neglected dorm than a place to call home. The noise levels were unbearable from the nearby street, highschool parking lot (congregation for race cars), making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. The only good thing were the tenants, mostly nice people. But they were all trapped by leasing agreemtn in bad conditions.
