Americana Apartments

Have a lease agreement w/ FPI Management at the Lenox (3 yrs now), that is ALOT like Americana Apts except better parking, better shopping, & higher rent. FPI botched the new forced community amenity rollout of mandatory Bulk Xfinity ISP for $60./mo for every unit. Lucky for me I had Xfiniity IE & did receive a discount on an adjusted Conservice statement. No HOA fees & no property taxes with FPI Management locations in Sonoma Co.. Sorta hit or miss on decent places to Lease & Live.

George is an excellent maintenance person. He's not only very knowledgeable, but cautious & personalbe. The complex is very lucky to have someone like this on their staff

3 different apartment managers in the 2 years that I lived here. That should say enough about this place but let me share the rest of my experience: the walls are cracking, this place is literally falling apart. One of my neighbors were moved into a different unit because the ceiling cracked and they “fixed it” to prevent the ceiling falling through?? Another neighbor, the upstairs bedroom got a crack across the whole wall out of no where. There’s also an ant problem. Thousands of ants appear out of thin air and they do nothing about it. The walls are pretty thin and the space is just sooo small. Definitely not spacious like they claim it to be. A few days before I left, I saw two neighbors sweeping one of the garbage bin areas so I went up to them. They started telling me that they opened

Worst living experience I have ever had in an apartment complex. I lived here for two years and the maintenance would either ignore my requests or take 3-4 times to fix one problem. My apartment flooded and that was the final straw to move out. If you're looking for a local apartment, go to Park Ridge, they were a way better experience.

We just moved in and Kevin has been amazing! He really helped us out. The apartment complex is well kept and very quiet. Any issues that have come up have been resolved quickly. We really enjoy our apartment here.
