The Reserve at Rohnert Park

I lived at The Reserve for a year and wish it had been longer! It's the only property in Sonoma that I know of that offers tenants four-bedroom layouts with three-car garages. The grounds are well kept with a small but functional gym, a nice barbecue area, and safe spaces for kids to play. Being right next to Costco was also a plus. Staff was attentive and eager to help. Gloria, both my neighbor and the property manager, was outstanding — always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. One time I left my keys in the gym and forgot about them. The found out they were mine by testing my key in all the mailboxes! That's unheard of! A great place my kids and i will miss -- we left only because Life demanded us relocate to a different city.

I love living here. The townhouses are fantastic. 2 and 3 bedroom units with in-unit laundry rooms and 2 car garages are amazing! The prices are high, but they are still cheaper than a mortgage right now, so there's one benefit. The dog park is great for our fur baby and the pool is always the perfect temp.

We just moved in here almost 3 weeks ago and are loving our home. The community is well kept, and the leasing office has been so helpful and supportive. Upon move in there were some last minute details that needed attention and both Gloria and Filiberto didn't hesitate to make the arrangements in a timely manner. They are both very kind and professional. (And I saved the best for last because this was important to our family) The dog park has been the highlight of our days here. Excercing our dog with a toddler has been difficult in the past, but here we can enjoy family exercise without worry since it is a fenced place and within home limits. Overall, we are very excited about this new chapter of living here.

Since the start the Property Manager Gloria has been a great manager informative and professional. The maintenance gentleman takes care of everything quickly. Our experience has been one of the best in a long time compared to other places we have lived.

I really enjoyed my time at The Reserve. The only reason I moved was because I found a house. The entire staff has been awesome. Gloria is an excellent property manager. I did not have many things to contend with, but Gloria and her team keep that place running smoothly. I highly recommend living there.
