The Lenox

1 year of living here and I only haven't moved because it'd be an inconvenience. I've had to deal with mold from old windows and main door that have no seal, when I first moved in my Apt it had fleas mold, ripped carpet and outlets that didn't work. I brought this up to management and they said they'd get back to me but I never heard anything and had to take care of some of the issues myself. The Laundromat on site is always filthy and are not cleaned properly, hire someone else you are just wasting your money.. I only go off-site to clean laundry because I don't want my clothes stinking of mildew. You raise the rent but I see nowhere the money is going to, there are constant wasp nests built around the property, dirty laundry machines across all buildings, the buildings are never washed u

Charlie and the rest of the staff at the Lenox weee absolutely awesome helping me secure my new apartment and assisting with getting me situated in my new home. The environment is wonderful and I’m very happy with my decision to move to the Lenox! Would recommend to anyone!

I moved out in July 2022. It's September 2025 and I'm still waiting for my deposit refund. Now I have to get a lawyer. They said they mailed it and it's my problem now. They tried to make me pay for 10 days at a hotel when sewer pipes burst next door flooding my closet with sewer water. They towed residents cars out of assigned/paid parking spots in the middle of the night. We had to get the Sonoma Tenants Association involved. It's pretty but they'll treat you like trash once you move in.

The management was responsive and friendly. Maintenance responded to requests quickly. The grounds are clean and generally quiet.

Worst management ever, if you can call it that. Save yourself a headache and move somewhere else. Nobody returns phone calls, their utility billing isn’t divided fairly, there’s always garbage everywhere… I needed a few alterations to my unit to accommodate my disabilities. They ignored me for long enough my doctor referred me to a program that gave me a case worker to help communicate with the property management. They ignored her too, so she contacted housing who was going to start withholding rent and they ignored them too. I fell and hurt myself multiple times due to the lack of acknowledgement of my requests. I also had to have my bath tub refinished because their contractors are as useful as their management so everything is done poorly. I was told I had to be gone for 10 hours so I
