Mountain Shadows Apartments

What a wonderful experience! I lived at mountains shadows for 6 years and during that time I loved my apartment, it was spacious and well kept. The property itself was great for my kids we visited the playground (the basketball court was their favorite). The office staff and maintance team were always outgoing and on top of all of our needs. Loved my time and only moved out because I had the opportunity to purchase a home. I highly recommend. Thank you Mountain Shadows!

I’ve enjoyed living at mountain shadows. We frequently use the hot tub since it’s opened year round. Apartment is so spacious compared to the new builds in the area. Office staff Jenna, Haley, and Olivia are always fast to respond and help. One thing I wish we had is a dog park! Also nice that the gym is always clean. Great place to live!

Lived here for 6 years. Loved the location. Close to freeway, shopping and restaurants. Management team is top of the line. They were quick to respond to any work orders and communication was obviously a priority. Grounds were always well maintained and I loved the gym. Very highly recommend!

I spoke to the manager (Jenna) in the leasing office and she was extremely helpful! The apartment my bf and I toured was very impressive and he wanted to move in immediately…I think being so close to the golf course was a major factor ;) but all kidding aside, I would love to live there. Update: super love my apartment! This is a great place to live and all the ladies in the office (shout out to Olivia ❤️) are nice.

Management staff has not taken any preventative measures to keep homeless people from the parking lots(cars have been broken into) and near bedroom windows after 5+ complaints from residents in my building alone. This complex needs full time night time security but I was told that it was not possible because “corporate said it was too expensive”. Doesn’t seem like onsite management or corporate office cares about the safety of the residents. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I would.
