Camelot Place Apartments

Out of several places i have lived in The Saginaw has been very nice. Grounds are well kept. The building was quiet. The apartment was clean. The few things I did need to have taken care of were were handled quick. The management was able to get things back on track with one call.

Ive been living here since April. They really do a great job at getting you stuck in this place. Since moving in it has been a list of issues. In June my AC broke. The old maintenance told me back and forth it was going to be fixed, and then lied to my face when I walked into the office after 2 months of paying $400 in electricity bills saying he never said that. Still haven't gotten it fixed. Now in winter, there are rodents living in the attic that I was told "they can't do anything for" Its been four months of this. The maintenance will tell you "ill come back this day" and then never come back. They also close your reports without coming to fix anything, which I have proof of all of this. Our new management is unable to reach. You have to make an appointment to even get into our office

I used to like living here. It was reasonably priced. Ever since new management has taken over, I hate it here and can’t wait for my lease to be up. The new management isn’t stationed in Saginaw and they don’t seem to give a crap about Camelot. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and they do not respond. There have been multiple incidents with neighbors that needed immediate action taken, but it was ignored. They let people violate their lease and affect the standard of living for the others living in the building. The “amenities” are a joke. The pool is only open M-F 8am-5pm, which most working people can’t use because those are typical work hours. Stephanie was great! She helped me every step of the way even through some ridiculous questions and requests. I highly recommend Camelot Place and Stephanie for your next apartment! Thanks again! I am going to leave my original review just so everyone can see how quickly things change. Don't be fooled, they play you REAL good to get you moved in, then everything changes DRASTICALLY! I have lived here a MONTH and had nothing but issues. The dog waste station is right outside my window and CONSTANTLY full and smells SO BAD I can't even have a window open! They said they change it weekly, but it has only been emptied once during my tenancy here. I had to call amd text for THREE days to even get that accomplished. This is a great apartment building that has a lot to offer! The management team is phenomenal and does a great job with customer service and keeping up with maintenance requests! Highly recommend this apartment building especially after the new management has taken over
