Cambridge Square Apartments Lauderdale Lakes

I’ve been living here for 5years what’s crazy to me is that we can’t upgrade our apartment we still have them old school floors, and they have the nerve to wanna upgrade apartment when new people move in, but leave the old people with ugly apartments. I’ve been asking people to paint the ceiling of my dining room forever I want to change my floor. I got cracks in my floor can I have nothing to do with me The apartment just need to upgrade it needed 5 years ago and it need one now… It’s already depressing when you have to live somewhere because you can’t afford to stay where you want to stay, You shouldn’t be miserable when you come home it’s crazy 😞

Lived here for 5 years from 2004 - 2009. I know it's been a while but during my time there i had absolutely no issues. The apartments were well managed, The grounds were well kept and maintenance responded to calls on time. I kid you not i never had an issue with rodents. Maybe every blue moon id see one HUGE roach and it would be already dead. Im not sure who manages the property now but at the time i believe her name was Rae. Always fair, helpful and would work with me when I had a hard time. I ended up leaving to find something bigger but i loved my tiny little corner unit.

I recently applied for a two-bedroom apartment and, unfortunately, was denied. However, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the appeal process in detail, and Ms. Sandra, in particular, was outstanding. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and showed remarkable patience—even though I called her daily (LOL)! While the exterior of the apartments may not appear impressive, I’ve learned that what truly matters is how you make the inside of your unit feel like home. Thank you again to the team for their support and professionalism.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. Yes, it's low income housing, you may see some trash, maintenance a little delayed(use it as a stepping stone to help you get to your end goal) Ms. Sandra and Ms.Joanne were the absolute BEST! They made my stay here pleasant. Their encouraging words will stay with me forever. Next month will make a year since I left and today I randomly just thought about something they shared with me. Thank you ladies!

This place is very money hungry and also infested with roaches and rats they don’t listen to the concerns of their tenants .
