The maintenance is not in time. The ceiling of my washroom was leaking for a week. I called them 3 times. 2 times the maintenance came in and didn’t fix it. Third time When I called to an emergency number they called that they are aware and they are taking care of it. But the fact is I had to go washroom using boots and umbrella. I don’t recommend anyone anymore on this property management.

Rentals have seepage issues. Water pouring through basement windows. We basically got told oh well by maintaince and that we shouldn't be using the basement as a space. Awful company to work with. We were never told about seepage during tour or signing the lease. Completely dishonest company.

My both car were damaged and keyed at the parking lot. They don’t have cameras anywhere. This accident happened with me within 1 month gap. I requested them to put a cameras on the parking lot when my first car was keyed. But the owner and management denied. They really don’t care about the tenants. The only thing they care is rent. Not a safe place to stay with family!

My recent experience with Cambridge Property Management has been deeply disappointing. After multiple phone conversations with their office regarding my rental application, I was never informed of another applicant. However, I was later told that another applicant had applied "at the same time" and that she was given the unit because she "wanted it more." This reasoning seems highly problematic and raises several concerns. I was never given an opportunity to submit a deposit, which I would have done promptly, unlike the other applicant who was apparently given this chance. In my opinion, the handling of my application appears to be unfair and possibly influenced by discriminatory practices.
