This place is terrible!! The maintenance is horrible and they have mice!!!! They literally will not do anything you ask. The bathroom was molding they painted over mold! Yes mold! My husband is in the military and we figured we would stay here for the time being, but it was mandatory that we moved! They also were trying to renew us without our consent. They are slum lords here! I was cooking one day and a mouse came from overtop of the stove like he wanted a plate too smh. Mind you, we kept the place clean etc ….they are nasty here !!! They don’t want to fix the issues ….you have to wait for weeks smh. I’ve seen orders “completed” on the app and NOBODY ever came. Cambridge Commons do better please. Literally paid professionals to come just to make sure it was actually mold and they definit

Jackie was awesome. Amazing Home! The grounds are beautiful, my apt is spacious and the staff is wonderful. Jackie our apt manager is kind, patient and prompt. Jorge and Darwin our maintenance tech is on point. The staff is what makes my beautiful apt a home. I'm extremely grateful I found this place. When she called me back after my inquiry, all my concerns about apt living were put to rest. I'm an older adult and the process of relocating was daunting. Jackie was/ is so kind and welcoming. She told me that she could walk me through it...she did. The process was easy breezy because of Jackie.

My family and I currently reside at this apartment complex and from day one it was a nightmare. We were supposed to move in on 9/11, but then pushed it stating there was a water heater leak they had to fix and moved our move in date to 9/12 but would mark it as a 9/13 move in date. To our surprise, the place was filthy and looked like the previous tenants just moved out. It looked and smelled like some paint was slapped on the repairs for them to fill the unit for them to not miss out on making a profit. There was a black bag with a paint roller in it sitting in the refrigerator, dead cockroaches behind the refrigerator and stove. The place was not cleaned and these concerns were brought to the office but we were told by the person in the office that they were just filling in for the prope

Grateful to have been able to have a great interaction with Jackie. Every time there’s an issue, concern or hesitation, she is able to effectively communicate and provide the knowledge I needed to make it an easy transition while relocating. This company’s efforts to meet customer’s expectations are met and exceeded with the team behind the Property Managers and Office Staff.

Do not rent from this place. I had a four foot hole in my ceiling which patched after 3 months without fixing the leak. It remained leaking until I left 7 months after the patch. Damaging a light fixture and I'm sure causing mold to grow. They just turned around and rented it back out without fixing it. I spoke to the next tenants and they verified it was still there. There was mold growing in a corner of the living room. I had to hang a bathroom door myself because the hinges rusted and they would not fix it. The shower rod fell out because it was screwed into the drywall only. A spigot broke and I had to use a wrench for months, again because they did not fix. When it came time to renew my lease they upped my rent $300. I just extended until I could get a new place.They kept all of m
