Calibre Springs Apartments

This place will nickel and dime you for whatever reason. There's been unused cars siting in the lots for MONTHS however they look over those and tow my cars for an 'expired tag'. That's not expired; my tag has been updated since BEFORE the expiration (end of month) but as my physical tag has been in the mail for ONE week. The enforcement refuses to do their due diligence in running the plates to see if they're ACTUALLY expired. The parking enforcement noticed sent out to residence does NOT detail the need for a physical tag, only states the vehicle must be registered and insured. Even a traffic cop would give you a warning for an issue such as this. The lapse in judgement is a GROSS example of the lack of empathy this management company has for its residences. They do not care about keeping good tenants. They will nickel and dime you in ANY way possible , yet do nothing about all of the toxic waste from dogs or weed-smoking neighbors that are causing the hallways to be pungent and the smell reeks inside of our apartment. P.S. - just stepped in dog 💩 for the 3rd time this week! Mold infestation, dust buildup overnight, smoke fumes, AND toxic waste from dogs…. it’s giving health hazard, babe. The lease-signing bonus should be a hazmat suit!

My husband and I were looking to downsize and relocate closer to Emory University. We really liked the central location of Sandy Springs and visited numerous townhome and apartment complexes in the area. We truly were becoming a little discouraged until we visited Calibre Springs. Vanessa and the entire staff, including the maintenance team, impressed us significantly. Everyone was professional, kind, and eager to help. Vanessa took her time with us -- understanding our needs and situation. The complex is truly a hidden oasis with beautiful landscaping, nature, and amenities. We also have been pleasantly surprised and amazed at how quiet and peaceful the complex is -- especially considering its metropolitan city location. After moving to this community and living for 5 months, I can share my thoughts: My Review consists of two parts: 1. Management/leasing office, 2. community/unit I would like to thanks Maria from the leasing office in every steps for signing the contract. She is very helpful. The management has nice and strict rules leading to having a nice community. There is one issue which I would like them to take care and it is related to the gate. They have forced strict rules on how cars can get in, in addition to the gate, they put extra supports by forcing one-car at a time rule. However, every time, someone was disabling this extra enforcement. Our unit and apartment is well maintained. So far we didn't see any bugs, roaches, anything in our unit and we are really happy.
