Terrible people to rent from! When I moved in they gave me the wrong key and no garage opener and would never give me the right key or opener so I couldn't lock my door ever. I had a month to month lease and when I decided to move out they tried to say it was a year lease reported to credit that I hadn't paid 6 months rent and took my security deposit. They do not care about you and will not help you. I am still dealing with terrible credit from this. Also when we moved Todd had the audacity to ask me to pay an extra month of electric so he could clean and work there. These are just a few things I dealt with but there is way more. Stay clear of this company not worth the time, headaches and money!!

I've been renting the same property with Cabellero for I believe it's 8 years now. The location is superb and while the house is older and could use more updating, insulating and appliance repair, it's comfortable, clean and safe. Todd had the kitchen upgraded when we moved in, carpet and paint. Caballero's office team are the best and most pleasant to work with. Todd has been so accommodating when I was laid off from my job and didn't raise the rent as a result which meant so much to me. For those complaining, I would recommend referring back to your lease on "move out" terms. It's simple, don't leave belongings behind and leave it in the condition you moved in (the move in inspection is for that purpose). This property management group was terrible! Todd who I believe is the owner was beyond unprofessional and wouldn’t even meet for the final walk through. We left the rental in better shape that it was on move in day and he fought non stop on giving our deposit back and his reason was that it was left dirty. Which was a lie, we hired a cleaning company. We did finally get our money back after threats of a lawsuit, he finally budged knowing we had pictures and he head no ground to stand on. To anyone considering using the company, I highly recommend you don’t waste your time. Unless you want to fight and getting your deposit back.

Todd tried to proposition me for a property purchase when I told him kindly that his offer was not in the range we were looking for. He became rude, offensive, asking how it could be that I could own a property of this nature. 100% dodged a bullet working with this company and person.

We use Canallero Property Management to oversee some rental properties for us in Chandler Az. They make it so easy for us since they assume all of the landlord duties. They handle all HOA issues, find the tenants for you, they get quotes and get anything fixed or updated for you for better prices than I was able to get. If you are looking for someone to manage properties for you they are best in class.
