Jess is absolutely incredible! Every single time I have a question, or any type of issue she responds within the hour, she’s a delight to work with, and she is always so positive! I would say 50% of the reason why I love living here is because of her.

Chad is absolutely the best building manager we have ever had! From the moment we moved in, he made the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. He's genuinely dedicated to making sure residents feel supported and cared for. What truly sets Chad apart is his constant availability—he's there for us 24/7! Whether it's a quick question or a locksmith emergency (like when we locked ourselves out!), Chad is always right there to rescue us. He handles every problem with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. It's clear he cares deeply about the comfort and safety of everyone in the building. I can't recommend Chad enough—he's an invaluable asset to our community. Five stars all the way!!

Beautiful clean apartment building with an amazing rooftop and amenities. Everyone was friendly, and Jess was awesome! Enjoyed my stay, highly recommend.

I am an Australian living in LA & I have to say Jess is a breath of fresh air. She is so kind & really does care about her residents. It's not just a job to her. Always willing to help others & ensure her residents are happy. Also very approachable, you never feel like you are a bother. Just like all households, things won't be perfect, a dryer might stop working or you need some maintenance done, usually I would stress out but knowing Jess is the manager I am at ease. I know by the time I get home from work she has communicated what exactly is happening & my issues are solved quickly often that day. I’ve been living at C1 by CLG for two years now. The building itself is in a convenient location, has solid amenities, and clean units. But what truly makes this building stand out is Jess, the building manager. She is an absolute gem and has gone above and beyond for me in countless ways. At first, I thought I was special; but later I found out that’s just the way she treats everyone in the building. Jess is always approachable, professional, and incredibly responsive (she is on-site everyday). Whether it’s a maintenance issue, a question about the building, or just a small request, she always takes care of it right away. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly, and she does it with such a positive attitude!
