I will recommend to my great real estate agent to NOT use this title company anymore. When my elderly father sold his house, C&C sent the $70k check to my dad without signing it. We wasted time going to the bank with my dad, only for the bank to tell us we couldn't deposit it because C&C Abstract (Cindy Yang) forgot to sign the check! Ok. But when I told Cindy that, she didn't want to compensate us for the mistake or the hassle, and she even refused to pay for the wire to send us the money. She made my elderly dad wait to get his rightful money, and they made him pay to get his money wired to him. Poor customer service!

Do not do business with this company. The owner Candy Yanus is dishonest. Her company made a mistake a 500.00 mistake that money belongs to me from the sale of my. She admits to the the money admits to having in texts

Horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and rude. Doesn't follow directions or care for the service being hired and paid to do. Do your clients a favor and use another closing company!
