Burnwood Apartments

I’ve been trying to get in contact with management for past week with no luck. They seem to have multiple numbers so not sure if I’m calling the correct one. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated🙏🏽!

I think there is mold in almost every complex building on this property.. maintenance is very incompetent and manager.. what the hell does she even do outside of staying here on the property too. It’s an old building that I doubt is Kept up to code. Between the EMF and mold there are a lot of things that need to be fixed with this place but they just paint over the problem like all shady apartment complexes.

The apartments are decent sized. I was not allowed to see the place before I moved in. Since I needed a place I accepted but after moving in I discovered that the windows are doubled and they rattle when cars go by on 53 and they leak to the point the blinds move. The ventilation is horrible there is mold and mildew and led in the bathroom and they are doing nothing to clean it. I was told to wipe down the walls after I take a shower, by the manager. She also told me not to take hot showers or long ones. Manager is very intrusive and likes to ask accusatory questions. Heat doesn’t work right, if I keep it between 70-75 it’s freezing in the apartment if I turn it above 75 it’s boiling in the apartment. 145 S. Main is a sister property of Burnwood Apartments. I have lived here for almost three years and I have really enjoyed it. I did have a problem with a loud neighbor above me but Janice dealt with the problem. The price is good for the area and the apartment property is constantly improving. Janice is really great.

Manager needs to get a life and stop minding tenants business. Also multiple flooding and mold. Do not recommend.
