We purchased our home in Sept 2018 from Burkard Homes. Since then, we have thoroughly enjoyed both our home and the quality follow-up from all aspects of the company. From the leadership team to the ably qualified service personnel, it has been a wonderful experience with this builder. I specifically waited before listing this review to ensure we are giving the most accurate review possible. Now as we approach our 3rd anniversary, we can honestly say that our experiences with everyone from Burkard Homes has been professional, thorough, reliable, and dependable. These are all good people who truly care about the work they do and we can't say enough how satisfied we are with our home.

We love our new home built by Burkard Homes, LLC! The entire Burkard team was fantastic to work with. From the first day of seeing the model through closing on our home, they provided superior service. The Sales Manager kept us informed of everything and guided us through the process of building our home. Additionally, the construction of our home is top notch. This is the second home we have built and the quality of Burkard’s construction surpasses our previous builder by a large margin. One factor that stuck with us was we did not experience any delays during the process. The settlement date Burkard gave us when we signed our first form ended up being spot on. We purchased our first home from Burkard homes 10 years ago. We are glad we chose them over other big name choices available. We have received a lot of great comments on the quality of construction. We have not had a single major issue with the home in the last 10 years. Not many of our friends who bought homes from other big name builders can say that. Our home was one of their first projects. We have to say - they have done a remarkable job! No wonder they have grown a lot in the last 10 years, given their focus on quality that is quite evident in our home.

We got our brand new house about 10 years ago from Burkhard homes. The build quality of our house has been fabulous, with absolutely no issues over the last 10 years. The house design is very modern and has stood the test of time. I would absolutely recommend them for making the best quality houses.

My home was built in 2016 by Burkard Homes. My family loves our home as it affords us all the space and functional space that a family of four needs. The owner Tim has remained consistent in standing behind his product/our home beyond the one year inspection for things beyond his scope of interest. I highly recommend Burkard Homes. I am so happy that we remained patient for this build out, when BGE delayed our closing date. Good things come to those who wait. This home has been the perfect home for my wife and I to raise our children in.
