Buies Creek Townhomes by True Homes

My one-year update: I’ve been living in Buies Creek Townhomes since July 2024. I must say, my neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with. Before considering moving here I would like to inform candidates of a few concerns. We pay $200 a month for the HOA, which will be increasing in 2026. Since I’ve been living here they’ve only pressure-washed MY section of townhomes. There are no children's parks or/a dog park. No pool, no amenities, no community center, no community events, do not salt the sidewalks during the winter so we can get to our vehicles safely, the list can go on! What do our HOA fees pay for? Well to cut 3 patches of grass located around the community. Before considering moving here, please look elsewhere for your hard-earned dollars. Thank you for reading!

Beautiful Homes, Serious HOA & Management Issues I love my townhome at Buies Creek Townhomes in Lillington. The sales team, lender, and closing process were all excellent, and the home itself has been great. However, the HOA experience has been extremely disappointing. The HOA Board is currently True Homes, as the community is still being built, and the HOA is managed by Braesael Management , which handles HOA operations. Residents are charged $200 per month (increasing to $220 in 2026) despite no amenities, HOA governances not being fulfilled and ongoing issues — especially garbage collection and overall community upkeep including landscaping — remain unresolved and are beginning to impact property values. Communication with Braesal Management Company has resulted in repeated runarounds
