Buchanan Crossing Senior Living I was told. I had been on the waiting list for four years. Finally got the call left my two bedroom senior living on 35th and Parallel to move here which I thought would be better. I am so sorry I left my other place wishing I had the last three months back so I could turn my life around, this is not senior living. This is senior torture. When I moved in here, there was damage that was not seen by the naked eye but until you start trying to work things and they don’t work and you can’t get any help. I am surrounded by large dogs, even one pitbull, that I don’t trust. God Help!!

Going to the dogs. We.as senior can't get know help out here. Bucket under kitchen sink no battery in the smoke alarm. Can't reach it. Grass looks bad. Yet you went up on our rent during covid. To have money to get the grass cut . when do we get help out here. You get our rent every month we can't get help
