Brunswick Point Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Brunswick Point Apartments. The community is well maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. One thing that really stands out is how responsive the maintenance team is—any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. Amber, the community manager, does an excellent job making sure residents feel heard and taken care of. She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help if you have a question or need assistance. Overall, Brunswick Point is a wonderful place to live. Between the attentive management, fast maintenance response, and the comfortable community atmosphere, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area

We have been living at the Brunswick Point apartments for 6 months. The staff in the clubhouse are sooo friendly and accessible. Love the pet friendly policies!!! Maintenance comes very quickly to fix any minor issue. Beautiful campus. Nice and professional neighborhood. No noise! Lots of privacy! We will renew our lease in October for the reasonably priced luxury apartment!!!

These are very nice apartments, I really enjoy living here, and the leasing agents and maintenance crew are really very wonderful! Tamatha Duffey has been especially helpful in so many ways. I'm not very good at internet stuff and she was so willing to help me with questions about setting up my account. She went above and beyond with her assistance. In addition, she spent considerable time talking with me about things and was very supportive.

The maintenance man Chad should be the BOSS of maintenance! Every time I put in a work order and Chad shows up I know I’m in good hands and I know whatever my issue is will be fixed correctly in a timely manner! He’s knowledgeable, prompt and friendly! THANK YOU CHAD for all your hard work!

I have never had a bad experience while living at this property. From Ms. Amber, to Ms. Pam, to Ms. Tamatha, to Mr. Kenny each and everyone of them have never been anything but nice and have administered to every need I have had. When there are issues they fix them. No complaints whatsoever.!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
