Brownstones at The Village at Valley Forge

This is a great environment by Toll Brothers. The Brownstones face out on Lake Meredith a very nice recreational Retreat. And you really can't beat the location in the heart of the villages and everything is an easy walk. Perhaps it's the way of the future

Never buy a place from Toll Brothers. As soon as we moved in, there were problems. They do have a warranty department and they will take care of you for one year. After that, you’re on your own and we’ve had many problems after that. Be aware before you buy a Toll Brothers property.

I came this place twice. First time, I parked my old 08 Camry in front of selling office, and employees wouldn’t spend much time on introducing new development. Second time, I parked my really good car at the same place (don’t wanna car model here😂😂😂) , and same person treated me so differently. This feeling is so weird that I give 3 stars.

Just another one of the Toll Brothers' mass-produced communities. Everything is made as cheap as possible while still looking "nice." And they think they're above the rest of the community, not allowing people to even walk the sidewalks that they claim are "private property."

A subjective review of a few of 5 recently opened, luxury multi-family projects (each are part of King of Prussia Towne Center set on the site of the former Valley Forge Golf course in King of Prussia PA). This highly successful mixed use development opened its first phase in 2015 including all of its planned retail, and included a phased development plan which in addition to multiple luxury apartment and condominium projects as well. Given the size of this project, it has been built in stages, with its last or final phases including luxury multi family residences. Adjacent to the number one, retail mall in the USA, King of Prussia Mall (highest sales per square foot of any enclosed retail mall in the continental United States). Simon is Nation‘s largest owner of enclosed regional malls, T
