Brown Construction is a no surprises builder. We have used them within our home on multiple occasions bc of their integrity. They estimate true costs up front. Other contractors have tried to fleece us with deals or lower costs only to drop the bombshell that they don't have enough funds to finish a job they were clearly not equipped to handle. Never the case with Brown Construction! They deliver on their promises and do great work!! They also do not outsource their team. They have a trusted in house team! This is nice. Now that backroom is all finished, we're close to calling them again for our front porch! :) Furthermore, (This is where I get excited.) many in our neighborhood have utilized Brown Construction and to say that their work is amazing would be an understatement. It is UNPAR
