So it's a great place to live when they clean the pool. But it's been 2 years now, and it's filled with nothing but mosquitoes and frogs, green algae and their solution is to cover in a tarp. The grass is not watered during the summer so it turns brown and dry, there are trip hazards in all the sidewalks and their solution was to paint them yellow so people knew they were there . The deck around the laundry room has dry rot so does a lot of the buildings . They gave it a nice paint job but it was really just a Band-Aid . New property management company has not been maintaining the property very well since it's been taken over by them . Needless to stay with the pool in its current condition and the creek now producing mosquitoes too. The idea of a barbecue is kind of out of the picture. Wi
