Brookside Terrace Apartments

I lived in this apartment building from 2022 to 2025, and my experience was fantastic. During my time here, I saw numerous amenity upgrades, including a new gym and lounge, which future residents will surely enjoy. The management has consistently worked to enhance the living experience, and more upgrades are on the way! A special shout-out to our building manager, Nick Renzi. Nick was always courteous, kind, and incredibly polite. His excellent customer service skills made every interaction a pleasure. Overall, I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

I lived in this apartment complex for three years, and it was a wonderful experience. During my time here, the building underwent numerous upgrades, such as fresh painting, new landscaping, updated plumbing, and the addition of a modern gym. These improvements created a more peaceful and inviting environment for all residents, demonstrating the management’s genuine care for the community. Not to mention how close it is to the park and other markets/shopping. Great location in Encino. The property manager, Nick, deserves special mention for his politeness, helpfulness, and unwavering professionalism. Reading the reviews older than a year does not give this place credit. I have seen how hard Nick and his team work to understand their residents. Issues happen with older apartments. However, Felipe and Roberto are always around and they’ve dealt with maintenance requests within 24 hours. The community is safe in my eyes. So, while there are moments that you hear of things happening. It tends to occur across the board and is not specific to this apartment complex. I don’t hear my neighbors which is nice and the community is mostly working folks and families with kids. Construction is ongoing but the team leaves notices on the door when inconveniences might happen.l when possible. I've been VERY happy living at Brookside Terrace (5 yrs) and I'm so excited about all of the beautiful renovations they have completed under the new ownership - brand new copper plumbing throughout, new electrical panels, windows, doors, fresh exterior paint and landscaping, and a really lovely gym and recreational common area - as well as those that will be finished in the very near future. I've seen plans for a gorgous looking pool and bbq area, renovated main offices and front entry gate. Nick and Angelika are approachable, on-point property managers who care about the wellbeing of the tenants. Felipe and Roberto are the best maintenance duo you could ask for.
