Terrible place to live. Most units front door seals are broken and its almost impossible to open/close your door in the winter. Most 1st floor apt bathrooms have toilets that are rotting into the floors and all maintenance is allowed to do is level it with some plastic until it sinks further in a few weeks later. The snow removal is delayed - the past snow storm it took 3/4 days before the sidewalks were cleared and most of the parking lot was never done. They'll send emails threatening to fine you/remove your chair if you try to save the parking spot you shoveled. Parking alone is a battle. There are not enough spaces vs vehicles per unit nor do they designate anything unless you pay or its legally required to provide a handicap space. People park in the fire lanes overnight and on the si

I have lived here for 3 years and faithfully pay rent. Management is useless. I feel so unsafe here. Downstairs neighbors have had the cops called on them multiple times. They fight outside the apartment and punch the windows. I thought someone was breaking into my apartment. Management didn’t do a thing. Maintenance is understaffed so you need to follow up multiple times to get anything done. Because of these circumstances I cannot continue living here. Meanwhile, after doing absolutely nothing for me the complex is charging me $1700 to leave. I fear they will make up maintenance to keep my security deposit as well. I wish I could rate Negative 10 STARS Normally I do not leave reviews, but I understand the effect google review has on a place, especially for all new customers/tenants. Here is a list of the following issues, including some images taken during my residency as an example: 1. Mice Infestation: This issue first occurred last October 2024 (couple of months after moving-in) for 7 MONTHS straight. Reported the issue several times in-person, yet the issue was completely ignored, up until it was time to renew my lease. Mice screeching often, feces and damaged food in cabinets, and the office just hand me mice traps with peanut butter. The place is completely inhabitable. 2. Flooding Issues: Not a JOKE! I am so happy that I live at Brookside Manor. The people here are so kind and efficient in the office and the maintenance department. I’ve had a problem for a month with a leak in my ceiling over my shower. They found the problem in the apartment above, and I have to thank Nick Smith, and Justin for their expertise in this matter. I wouldn’t live anywhere else!!! Also thanks to Patrick, who helped me through all of this in the office.

Brookside Manor does not care about - and preys upon - its residents. We came to brookside so we could feel like we were by nature. Our favorite aspect of our apartment was that there were trees right behind it. They provided privacy and housed birds and squirrels and other wonderful wild life. We paid hundreds of dollars a month extra for a brookside view. Then, without any notice, Brookside cut down almost all of the trees and bushes behind our apartment. Brookside will lie to you or change its policies without notice. People planted gorgeous, manicured gardens in their back yards. Without notice, and right when people’s vegetable gardens were starting to produce, brookside demanded they be ripped out or else face a $20 a day fine. Brookside manor does not care about its residents. Th
